For so many years I have made resolutions to change, knowing that inside all I really wanted to do was feel good about wanting to change, not really change. I would say things like I will quit watching soo much Television or eat so much food, but not willing to do anything to make it happen. I resolve to resolve something that needs to change, and hope that it will change by itself without any, or little, effort from me. How will this year be different for you?
